Bels is the former thief of the Night Spire.
Physical description[]
According to Lila Bard, Bels is a very ugly and tall man with an overabundance of facial hair.[1]
Personality[]
He is rather unlikeable as well as greedy and traitorous; most of his fellow crew members hate him, and Bels is stealing money from his captain, Alucard Emery.[2]
Biography[]
Theft[]
Bels and some other members of the Night Spire head to a tavern in Red London. Unknown to them, Lila Bard follows them inside. While they play a round of Sanct, Lila trips a waiter so that he drops the drinks he is carrying. In the commotion, Lila swiftly cuts free Bels' purse and leaves the tavern.
Bels quickly notices the theft and hurries after her. He confronts her in front of the tavern. They fight, and Lila manages to ram her knife into his ribs, killing Bels.[1]
