Biography[]
The black sword[]
One night in October 1819, Booth stumbles out of the Stone's Throw drunk. He pisses against the tavern's wall, and when he is about to leave the alley, he finds a black sword on the ground; Lila Bard created it with the black stone and threw it out of her room's window earlier. Booth picks up the sword and makes plans to sell it. However, when he tries to let go of it, his hands will not obey him. The sword's magic takes hold of his body and makes him stab himself with the blade.
As Booth dies, the sword dissolves and seeps into his body, taking over it.[1] A possessed Booth then kills several people in Southwark in a futile search for a better host before heading back to the Stone's Throw. Right before the tavern, a carriage drives into Booth, and he turns into ashes.[2]
